Stacey Mutkin began her photographic career as a press photographer. In 1989 she won the BT Press Award and in 2000 the BIPP Press and PR Award. Examples of her work have been used in magazines, book, film and company promotions. She is an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society, Licentiate of the British Institute of Professional Photography and on the Photographic Committee of the Royal Automobile Club.

Stacey's style is informal and spontaneous, drawing on her press experience to capture the moment which expresses the character of the subject or situation. In 2022, she had a solo show in Mayfair, London, and her photograph “Storm on the Lido” was selected and sold at the Royal Academy’s Summer Exhibition.

Stacey divides her time between Herefordshire and London, as well as exhibiting and selling her fine art prints, she undertakes private portraits and commercial photography commissions.
